Individual Therapy

Please call me by my true names,
So I can wake up
And so the door of my heart can be left open.

— Thich Nhat Hahn

If you moved to the US recently or even some years ago, you can probably easily voice the many situations where you felt inadequate, misunderstood, out of place or ostracized. You might have even asked yourself:  "what is wrong with me?”

When coming from overseas, people commonly experience homesickness, depression, anxiety, irrepressible fears, panic attacks, mood swings, sleeping issues, and more. You might also feel that you live with a divided heart, always split between two homes, often dissonant from each other.

It might be difficult to reach out for support, not knowing who could understand you.

With some help, you can create a home for yourself where your differences and every aspect of who you are can be honored.
